Q. What is the purpose of Blue Mountain Feedback Forum?

A. The purpose is to collect opinions from customers to help BlueMountain.com make decisions about products and services.

Q. Why did I receive an invitation to take a survey?

A. You received an invitation because of your past experience with BlueMountain.com.

Q. How will BlueMountain.com use the survey results?

A. Results from Blue Mountain Feedback Forum surveys are compiled and shared with our partners at BlueMountain.com to help them make decisions about products and services. Periodically, BlueMountain.com will follow-up with us and tell us what actions have been taken, so that we are able to share these results back to our members.

Q. Will Blue Mountain ever use my individual results to contact me?

A. No. To ensure your privacy, your answers are only looked at when grouped with answers from other members who have completed the same survey. The information you provide is used for research purposes only, or to invite you to take future surveys, but not for marketing purposes.

Q. My password is not working when I return to the Member Login page.

A. If you have not yet received and clicked the link in your email to confirm your registration, you will not be able to log in. Check your email for this confirmation and follow the steps to complete the registration process.
When logging in, make sure you do not enter any unnecessary spaces before or after your email address or password.

Q. I can’t remember my password.

A. If you cannot remember your password, simply click on “Forgot password” on the login page and enter your email address into the required field. Your password will be emailed to you. If you continue to experience problems, you can click on the "Technical Support" link and ask for assistance.

Q. I can’t log in – I get an “email does not exist” message when I try to log in.
A. You probably did not complete the registration process. In order to be registered, you must complete the first survey you are invited to take. After completing that survey, you will be sent a confirmation email. You must also click the link in the confirmation email to finalize your registration. If you did not complete any of these steps, you are not fully registered for Blue Mountain Feedback Forum. If you have completed these steps and still cannot log in, try closing the web page and returning in a few minutes.

Check your Inbox and Junk Mail folders for the confirmation email; depending on your email provider, it may have been directed to your Junk Mail folder. Be sure to add support@bluemountainfeedbackforum.com to your list of safe senders or address book.

Q. I didn’t receive the confirmation email.

A. This may be the result of one of two things:

1. Depending upon your email provider and your personal email settings, some emails may be sent to your Junk Mail folder. To avoid this, you can add bluemountainfeedbackforum.com to your safe sender list or address book.

2. You may have entered your email address incorrectly, which would mean that your confirmation was sent to an invalid address. If this has happened, you will need to contact Technical Support and ask to have your email address updated.

Q. Are there any prizes for filling out surveys?

A. In general, each completed survey is an entry into a monthly prize drawing, subject to the official rules outlined in the Sweepstakes Rules document.

Periodically, there may be additional incentives offered. Specifics related to these incentives will be fully disclosed in the email invitation to the survey. Be sure to read all of the information provided to you so you are familiar with the policies, rules, and terms & conditions related to this website.

Q. I would like to unsubscribe.

A. You may click on any of the “To unsubscribe click here” links found at the bottom of any of our email communications. An unsubscribe confirmation page will open, where you will need to click on the "unsubscribe" button to confirm.

Q. I would like to update my email address.

A. You may change your email address anytime by simply logging into the Blue Mountain Feedback Forum Member Home page and clicking "change email" under the "Update my Profile" section.

Q. How do I log back into the Blue Mountain Feedback Forum website?

A. If you wish to log back into the Blue Mountain Feedback Forum website, enter http://www.bluemountainfeedbackforum.com/ in your browser, or save the login page in the favorites tab of your browser or in a place where it is easily retrievable.

When on the login screen, you will need your login details: the email* and password that you set most recently (or when signing up as a member).

*Please note that you can check the “Remember me” box on the login screen so that your login email is saved for the next time you wish to sign in to Blue Mountain Feedback Forum.

If you are having trouble remembering your password, you may click the “Forgot password?” link and your information will be sent to your email address.
